You agree to use our services and content only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from distributing, modifying, or exploiting copyrighted material without permission from the legal owner. You agree not to misuse our system infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access that arises from your failure to protect your password.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary information, source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and App (excluding user-generated content and external media items) are owned or licensed by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

We try to keep our services up, bug-free, and safe. However, you use them at your own risk. In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of your use of our services.
